We Will Blog Again

Well...we got a camera for Christmas, so we will blog again! I'll post lots of fun new pictures, which is what you really want to see, when we get back to Florence. Dan has been in Raliegh for 5 days and I've been chillin in Winston-Salem.... a fun perk of our job really is the college schedule, especially for me who had bronchitis and got to be here at my house with my nurse mom and nurse sister taking care of me. Hopefully this semester will be a good one!!!

SORRY...guess we've been THAT busy

Hello everyone who has not heard from us since june! We have bought a house, we traveled the enitre southeast united states, we've moved completely, we've helped move in six new friends to help us on campus, and students have started moving in! Please pray for us and them, this is a very important time... And so the school year begins...I might be getting a new digital camera for my birthday, so maybe we'll have some pics then. Hope things are well with you, or at least you have a peace and understand this hard time will bring you closer to Him. Much love!

Summer Roles on...

So, we just got back last night from Orlando, it was a VERY good time overall. Project was good, there are a lot of students there that want to know Christ more and its pretty exciting to see. They're lots of fun too... Next on our nomad adventures (yes, we live in various places and we like it for the most part) Greenville, SC for three days to see our friends Seth and Dawn united for life. Then, we come back to Flo-town to finish packing (we made a DENT today :o) and buy and move into out new house next Wednesday, so you can pray that goes well. My parents and our PUPPY (haven't seen our sweet girl in 6 weeks) are coming to help. After that, we're off to Mobile, AL to let Daniel's adventerous and generous mom take us on a 5-night cruise to Mexico!!! How fun, right?!?! Next, we'll hit up B-ham and Atlanta, so hit us up if that is near your neck of the woods :o) Of course, then back to Orlando to finish things out, and then back to Florence to actual UNpack our house and greet the new students. What a life, huh? Hope you're each doing well and hearing from God if you're reading this and we love and miss most of you :o)

DISNEY LIFE

Well...it's 96 degrees today, yeah...HOT! It has been really great down at project so far. The students have better schedules and they're really great kids (ps-I still consider myself a kid, so don't get offended if you're in college). Not too much info to report, we're here, then gone to Florence to pack our whole condo, dan's in a wedding, we move and unpack, and then Daniel's mom is VERY generously taking us on a cruise to Mexico for 5 days. After that we raise support, so be praying for that for us if you like to pray for others :o) We'll post pictures of our new house when we move in!!!

I would like to post this picture to honor my husband...First, he's a hottie, check out the oil on his arms :o) Secondly, he's very patient with me when I freak out like the other day. Also, we have a lot of fun hanging out together.  

This picture looks pretty fuzzy, but it was the one on the internet for our house...hope you can kinda see it, front porch, big front yeard, that's about it for this picture. IT's ours in July! Yeah! 

A HOUSE FOR US!!!

I'll try to find a picture of it on the internet, but no promises... So yeah, we've been praying for a house on this one street for six months and we just bought one (well, the loan was apporved)!!!!!! We close on July 5th, so we get to go do all the very important sutff we need to do in Florida and such and then come back and move ina few days before we have to run to Alabama. I have a feeling this summer is gonig to be extra crazy, butI haven't had a fast time like that in a while so I'm kinda excited about it :o) This house will be LESS per month than our two-bedroom apartment in Charleston (sorry chucktown peeps) and will be two minutes from campus. I really feel like this house will affect our outlook, our ministry, our money, and our time, so this is a SUPER great way God provided for us, how nice.
