A Friend has gone

Well, Spence left today. For those of you who don't know this info or know us, Spence worked here at FMU with us and he worked here for five years.
Although I've only been here a year, and only really been friends with Spence a year, I was so sad to see him go. I cried.
I haven't cried like that for a long time. Friends leaving and moving on is a great thing, but in the moment, it hurts. Today I hurt.
I will miss Spence a lot. We will miss him. He is a great friend.

A Permanent Fixture

SHE'S A KEEPER!!!!!! We fell in love with little Bella, so she is now officially a Simmons. Her full name: Isabella Renee Simmons, after my sister with the same big brown eyes :o)

This was a GOOD movie, 'Glory Road', I can't even imagine what these guys experienced, and Daniel reminded me it was much worse in other places in the South... What can we do to contribute to Racial Reconciliation now? hmmm... Anyway, go be challenged by this movie :o)
